2.1 Presentation of products and services

The products featured on the site cover a wide range of items for various uses: home, high-tech, wellness, fashion, accessories, and much more. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description to provide buyers with accurate information before purchasing.

2.2 Pricing and payment methods
Prices displayed are in euros (€) for France and in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada. They include [or do not include] VAT depending on the legislation in force in each country. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and via PayPal.

2.3 Delivery terms
Orders are shipped within 3 days. Shipping is free.

2.4 Return and Refund Policy
Customers have 30 days to return a product. Refunds will be issued within 1 day of receipt of the returned product.

2.6 Cancellation of order
The customer can cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting us at Flitix.boutique@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will only be possible by following the return procedure.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. In case of loss or damage to the package during transport, the customer must notify us immediately in order to file a claim with the carrier.

2.8 Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French and Canadian law, depending on the country of purchase. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office.
